Exchange Policy

All products sold at Subhasree silks.com are sourced from the finest weavers / artisans / designers / brands and go through a rigorous quality check process before they are shipped to the customer.  In the unlikely event that the customer wants to exchange a product purchased from subhasreesilks.com, the terms are as follows:

THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE:

• In cases where you have opted for Fall & Pico Service and/or Blouse Stitching Service, the product is NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange
• Products that have the blouse detached, tassels made or fall stitched BY YOU are also not eligible for exchange  
• Products that are marked as "SALE" and sold under the "sale section" of subhasreesilks.com are not Eligible for Exchange
• Stitched Blouses & Blouse Material are not eligible for exchange
• Fitted Items / Readymade Garments are not eligible for exchange
• Material is used, and the folds of the material are disturbed and are not in the same condition as was received by you. We will not accept material which has been altered or tampered with.

Apart from the above products, other products are usually eligible for 7 day exchange (subject to some conditions)  In order to avail the exchange, the customer should inform us about the exchange request by email or whatsapp within 24 hours of receipt of the product.  

While we take the best effort to ensure that colour of the physical product that you receive is matched with the digital image on a computer screen, there will always be some variation between digital images and physical products.  Therefore, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED on account of colour variation.

Products eligible for exchange should be sent back in unworn / unused / unwashed / resalable condition along with all the original packaging with the Labels intact.  You can make only one exchange request against each product purchased i.e. a customer cannot make an exchange request against a product received in lieu of an originally purchased product. subhasreesilks.com DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.  WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGES on exceptional cases.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that products purchased during Festive / Promotional Sales are not eligible for Return / Refund/Exchange.

The products which are Customized , Altered or Tailored are NOT eligible for Return / Refund / Cancellation.

• All returns must be sent back in their original packaging along with proof of purchase.
• The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please ensure that the returned items are securely and safely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We are not liable for returns lost or damaged due to improper packaging.
• We are not responsible for non-receipt of returned items due to an incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation regarding the status of your return.
• If your return is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, and the credited amount will reflect in your account as per your bank’s processing time.
• Refunds can only be processed via the original payment channel and cannot be switched to a different mode of payment.

Refunds

Please Note that the company ideally doesn’t process refunds, however refunds will be processed in exceptional cases upon mutual agreement only.

Refunds will be made by subhasreesilks.com only in the case of non-availability of product ordered. The following is the manner in which the refund will be made: 

Credit Card:  The Credit card account of the customer shall be re-credited with the refund amount by subhasreesilks.com .  The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s account within the time span stipulated by the bank that has issued the credit card

Check or Net Banking (from an account within India):  The refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the customer by subhasreesilks.com within seven (7) business days after the receipt of the refund request by the customer

Refunds are not possible in the case of payments made from Accounts outside India viz. Wire Transfers, Check Payments, etc.  In such cases, refunds are not possible because they are against Indian Regulations.  subhasreesilks.com will issue a credit note of a value equal to the value of the transaction

Disclaimer of Warranty / Limitation of Liability

subhasreesilks.com undertakes no responsibility that the Goods will be fit for any particular purpose for which Buyer may be buying the Goods, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, and Seller disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied.

Seller (including its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or subcontractors, all of which are referred to herein collectively as the "seller affiliates") shall not be liable under any circumstance to buyer or any other party for any special, consequential, incidental or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with the goods/services or otherwise, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of the goods or any associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of substitute or replacement equipment, facilities or services, down time, buyer's time, lost data, injury to property or any damages or sums paid by buyer to third parties, even if seller or any of the seller affiliates has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claim is based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence, or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose, or otherwise.

In no event shall seller or any seller affiliate be liable to buyer or any other party for loss, damage, or injury of any kind or nature arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions in excess of the net purchase price of the goods and services actually delivered to and paid for by buyer hereunder.

Seller disclaims any warranties of non-infringement with respect to the goods/services and none of seller or any seller affiliate shall have any duty to defend, indemnify, or hold harmless buyer from and against any or all damages or costs incurred by buyer arising from the infringement of patents or trademarks or violation of copyrights by any of the goods/services.
